Best For HIPs is an independent family company based in West Yorkshire, providing Home Information Packs to home owners, estate agents and solicitors throughout the country. Our friendly and efficient staff are ready to help make selling your house easier, by giving you peace of mind and confidence in your HIP.

The Home Information Packs we provide are of an excellent standard, competitively priced, carry £ 1million PI and PL insurance and we aim to have each HIP completed within 7 days *.

Our Domestic Energy Assessors are fully qualified, accredited and CRB checked and carry Proffesional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance and you can be assured that they are also smart, proffesional and reliable.

When our packs are complete we email them as a pdf document to you and your estate agent. We can also provide a hard copy or a copy on CD at your request, but these are not included in our standard prices.

We can also provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) by themselves if you do not require a full HIP.

HIPs and EPCs purchased from us can be taken from one estate agent to another if you decide to switch agent. There are no ties or obligations from us.
